You need to give the full URL for the puzzle file, e.g. including puzzle.jpz.

Sorry, I don't think there is a way to do that when the forced words utlimately don't work.

Thanks for the suggestion, there is indeed no way to do this at the moment. Unfortunately it would be relatively complicated to implement.

That function should add patterns from puzzle files to an existing grid library, not make a new grid library.

You can install version 8 separately in a different directory if you like, but it should also be fine on XP.

I suggest you try to configure your printer paper setting to be what size you want, then try saving to PDF.

If you use File, Export, "PDF image" you don't need to set any margins -the PDF will be the size of the puzzle.

Thanks for the report, this should now be fixed on crossword.info (close your web browser and re-load the page). The updated applet file will be included in the next program update.

You can open the HTML file that Crossword Compiler, and possible paste that into your website (making sure you also upload the other required files, including ccjava.jar).

The class is Grid_int.class. You will also need to set the applet size correctly. It may be easier to use the web page that Crossword Compiler automatically produces, where this is all set up for you.
