I am having difficulty in exporting a coded crossword

I am having difficulty in exporting a coded crossword grid which includes the starter letters in the grid. I can export the puzzle with the gird, but the grid does not show the starter letters I have selected. Can anyone help?

Did you use Square Properties to make the relevant squares "visible in puzzle"?
