I'm trying to create Coded Crosswords for publication on my website.
According to Help "Code grids show the code solution and are generated automatically by Crossword Compiler", yet when I create the puzzle there is no Code Grid. How do I enable this feature?

The code grid isn't visible while you're working on a puzzle but is generated and placed in the folder that contains your puzzles, and is automatically uploaded to your website when the puzzle is in print format.

If you're uploading an interactive puzzle there's no code grid - instead you'll have the alphabet appearing below the grid, its letters greyed out as the solver identifies them. These links show a) a print puzzle and b) an interactive one:
