wrong letter is not red

Hi,
I think I have already had this problem, but simply cannot find it in forum. So, please, tell me, what to do:
no matter what I am doing, the wrong letters in grid are black and not red.
I have windows 7, 64 and the last update of the program.

When you export the puzzle make sure you have Applet Options, Colors "Show letters in" checked and red selected as the colour, and your puzzle contains solution information.
